The membership and Services provided herein are provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. The MMG Capital Private Member Association , hereafter ‘MMG’ on its own behalf and on behalf of its licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Membership.

MMG provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the MEMBERSHIP will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems, or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

There is no promise or representation that you will make a certain amount of money, or any money, or not lose money, as a result of using our recommended programs and/or services. Any earnings, revenue, or income statements are strictly estimates. There is no guarantee that you will make any income for yourself.

As with any business, your results will vary and will be based on your personal abilities, experience, knowledge, capabilities, level of desire, and an infinite number of variables beyond our control, including variables we or you have not anticipated. There are no guarantees concerning the level of success you may experience. Each individual’s results will vary.

Nature and Character of the MMG PMA

Your application for membership in the MMG PMA is with the express consent and understanding that MMG is a private, members only group that functions in the private and not in the public. Prospective members are introduced by personal invitation from existing members only. MMG does not offer any services to the public and is not involved in the public purview. As such, MMG is self regulated and governed by the internal operations and ethics guides published for members only.

Refunds

Each prospective member is given ample opportunity via many available resources in addition to personal contact with his referring member to do proper due diligence and ask everything that might be on his mind prior to joining. Once the member application is submitted and approved and access to member resources is given they are deemed to be received. Being of the nature of Intellectual property and related resources, there is no way to return knowledge and training. In view of the above, there are no provisions for a refund of the membership fee.

Additional Fees

Member understands and agrees that MMG provides a complex assortment of solutions, services and programs. MMG membership includes a high level of training, instruction, introductions and support for the low membership fee. Introductions to third party systems, services and programs may or will incur additional fees required by the third party providers which are not included in the membership fee.

Enforcement and Compliance

Being a private member based group MMG is entirely regulated by its own members and none other. Any dispute or complaint by or amongst members shall be settled by and among the members in accordance with internal policy.

In order to deliver your message, we may need to modify the Content as necessary to meet any requirements or limitations of any networks, devices, services, or media. You are responsible for your use of any Content you provide, and for any consequences thereof, including the use of your Content by recipients and our third-party partners. You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power, and authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein to any Content that you submit.

You represent and warrant that:

Any Content you create for public consumption will be general in nature and will not make any claims or promises relating to income, interest earnings, profits or any type of specific performance. It will be civil, tasteful, and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The Content provided by you shall not constitute a criminal offense or give rise to a civil action against you.

All necessary licenses and consents have been obtained to upload or publish any materials you send via the Service.

When you acquire any interested individual who responds to any of your communications, you will make personal contact with that individual, start a personal and direct relationship and continue to inform that person of the nature of our organization and related activities.

Additionally, you agree to indemnify MMG against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages, or losses (including any direct or indirect consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of reputation, and all interest, penalties, and legal and other professional costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by [YOUR NAME/COMPANY] arising out of or in connection with your Content.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately to our service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including and without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions or any behavior deemed unsavory or harmful to MMG or any of its members or its image and/or reputation. . Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products and services provided, MMG maintains a strict no-refund policy. This policy is in effect without exceptions and includes the following specific terms:

Access and Waiver: Upon receipt of your payment, you are granted immediate access to the program. This access constitutes the fulfillment of our service commitment to you, and as such, all payments are final. By accepting these terms and making a payment, you acknowledge that this access waives any right to a refund.

Chargebacks and Service Termination: If a chargeback is initiated against MMG or its payment portal providers for any transaction, your access to the program and any associated services will be immediately revoked. This action is non-reversible, and reinstatement will not be considered under any circumstances.

Access Issues: The inability to access the program immediately after your transaction does not constitute grounds for a refund. We strive to ensure continuous accessibility to our services, and temporary access issues are typically resolved promptly. Please contact our support team for assistance if you encounter any access problems.

Exceptions for Overcharges: The only exception to our no-refund policy will be in cases of a clear human error resulting in a duplicated payment. If you are inadvertently charged more than once for the same transaction, MMG will refund the additional transaction(s) upon notification and verification of the error.

By agreeing to these terms, you fully understand that once you are granted access to the program, you forfeit any right to a refund.

Indemnification: By using any third-party services in conjunction with the tools provided by MMG you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MMG from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of such third-party services.

Payment Processing and Third-Party Accounts

MMG is not responsible for the management or closure of any payment processing accounts used in conjunction with our program. Additionally, MMG does not assume responsibility for the opening, maintaining, or purchasing of any additional required accounts necessary for promoting our programs or products. It is important to note that MMG has no association or direct connections with any suggested account companies recommended for facilitating these activities. Users are responsible for setting up and managing their own third-party accounts, and any issues related to these accounts must be addressed directly through the respective companies' support services.

Governing Law

The common law of England shall govern these Terms and your use of the MMG PMA membership benefits. Your use of third party services may be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
